Our wholesale programme is designed for retailers, boutiques, childcare providers, and gift shops who share our passion for quality baby and child products. Whether you're stocking a single store or managing multiple locations, we'd love to work with you.

Is this programme right for you?

We welcome applications from:

• Independent baby and children's boutiques
• Gift and lifestyle stores
• Childcare centres and early learning providers
• Online retailers with an established baby or kids channel

What to include in your request

To help us prepare a tailored quote as quickly as possible, please include the following in the form below:

• Business name and website (or social media profile)
• Type of business — brick-and-mortar, online, or both
• Products you're interested in — specific items or product categories
• Your trading location — city and region

What happens next

1. We review your request — our team assesses every application, usually within 2–3 business days.
2. We approve your request — once approved, you'll receive wholesale pricing and minimum order information by email.
3. You place an order —  place your first order and we'll raise a draft order for review.
4. Invoice and fulfilment — on confirmation of your order, a tax invoice is sent via email. Orders are packed and dispatched once payment is received. If you wish to apply for payment terms please contact us by email info@hatch.co.nz and we can send you the required application form.
