Warranty Programs
UPPAbaby offers an EXTENDED WARRANTY of one year for a total of three years on all strollers and select accessories (Carrycot, RumbleSeat and PiggyBack). To receive the additional one-year warranty, customers must register their product within three months of purchase and provide a valid receipt from an authorized retailer. Customers can register for their warranties directly through UPPAbaby Australia https://uppababy.com/au/register/Â

Warranty Claims
All UPPAbaby warranty claims, faults and orders for spare parts can be proceeded in one of two ways: Firstly, you are welcome to contact us here at hatch on email uppababy@hatch.co.nz and we will happily assist you.Â
So we can better assist you, please make sure you include all of the information below in your email or form:
- Copy of your original proof of purchase
- Photo of the serial number on your pram (Located near the back wheel on the frame on a white sticker which looks like a barcode, it will contain VIS, CRZ or ALT depending on your model and will also have 8-18 numbers
- Full name, address and phone number.
- Photo(s), Videos demonstrating the issue(s)
 We do require all of the above information for all warranty claims to be processed.Â
Once we have received all of your information please allow 3 - 4 working days for the warranty assessment to be made and for us to be back in touch with the next steps.Â

Spare/Replacement PartsÂ
Spare parts can now be purchased online here or orders for spare parts can be made by contacting uppababy@hatch.co.nz. Please provide the following information when requesting a price for spare parts:
- Copy of your original proof of purchase
