We Ship within New Zealand. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to deliver internationally.
You will be notified once your order has been shipped. Please allow 5 working days from notification for the couriers to deliver. For rural deliveries please allow an additional 2 working days.
We are unable give a guaranteed time or day of delivery.
FREE DELIVERY
Free shipping applies to orders of $100 or more. *This excludes large items such as Strollers, Car Seats, Furniture, Shnuggle Baths and bulky items including some large stroller accessories . These items will be charged at our normal shipping rates and applied at checkout.
COST OF DELIVERY
We try our hardest to keep our shipping costs down for our customers and offer free shipping for small parcels (over $100) within New Zealand.
Orders under $100 and all large items including furniture and bulky items - this includes large items such as Strollers, Car Seats, Furniture, Shnuggle Baths some large stroller accessories. These items will incur a shipping cost which, depending on your address, will vary in price.
The easiest way to find out our shipping costs is to add the item to your basket and select checkout and enter your address. You won't be asked to enter your credit card details until after the shipping cost has been calculated.
DELIVERY POLICY
Sometimes, due to circumstances out of our control we may not be able to fully supply all items you have ordered. If this is the case we will notify you as soon as possible to arrange a refund or replacement of the item.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
It is your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived, we will ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. If an item is lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement immediately.
Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion.
PRE ORDERS
If for any reason your selected item is not in available in stock and needs to be ordered, we unfortunately cannot guarantee it will still be available at our suppliers.
