Raspberry Leaf: Stimulates milk production and supports recovery after birth. Raspberry leaf is also a good source of iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, manganese and B vitamins which aid towards a healthy mother and baby.
Lemon Balm: During pregnancy and post birth, Lemon Balm helps to relieve depression and calms the cardiovascular system.
Nettle: Nettle is believed to stimulate milk production, increase magnesium, trace minerals, vitamins (A and C) and enzymes. These are all supporting nutrients for a healthy mother and baby.
Ginger: Ginger is believed to help mothers heal from childbirth as well as promoting breastmilk. Additionally, ginger boosts the immune system and helps to soothe discomfort from nausea.
